User Agreement

The LifeSupport library of resources is free for ministry use and getting started is simple. Complete the user agreement on this page and we’ll email you login credentials to give you access to all resources on this site.

Please watch for an email from Five Stone Media containing your log in credentials.

God has gifted and positioned us with the ability to create useful resources for ministry. We are grateful that we are able to provide these resources to you free of charge. We ask that churches and individuals who wish to use LifeSupport Resources agree to the following:

Limited Use - This is a limited use agreement applying to use of all LifeSupport branded resources produced by the 5 Stone Media Group (dba Five Stone Media). Use is limited to non-commercial ministry activity.

All resources must be accessed (downloaded and/or viewed) directly from the website www.lifesupportresources.org, or by direct delivery (email/ground) from Five Stone Media.
5 Stone Media Group retains ownership and all rights in and to the intellectual property on the website www.lifesupportresources.org.
Only 5 Stone Media Group has the right to exploit, alter and/or modify any and all derivative works, improvements, modifications, revisions, alterations, and/or ancillary or related products, goods or services with respect to all or any portion of LifeSupport Resources.

User Feedback

User agrees to provide feedback through a completed annual user survey (emailed to you near the end of your use anniversary period).
User agrees to share stories of impact with Five Stone Media when LifeSupport Resources have contributed to your ministry in meaningful way, and when individuals have experienced hope, healing, and/or life transformation as a result of their interaction with LifeSupport Resources.
